Do you make individual orders?

Yes, we can make individual orders designed for you. We also can make different sizes and colors of the items that are in stock. For more information contact info@decoratedmetal.com , and we will get back to you during the day.

How long does it take to make an individual order?

After you confirm the individual order, the manufacturing of the order takes from 7 to 21 days, depending on the complexity of your order.

How much does the delivery cost and how long does it take?

We ship across the country and around the world by courier service. The cost of sending depends on the direction you have chosen. In Lithuania the delivery usually take 1-2 days and is free.

For Europe and the UK its around 3-14 days, depending on the country you are in. And costs from 18 euros. The cost is fixed on the weight. If you are ordering more then two pieces from the shop, we recommend to contact us via email for better shipping prices.

Which shipment companies do you work with?

We ship our order worldwide with  DPD, DHL, FedEx, UPS, LP Express, Omniva, GLS.

What are the products made off?

For the art-pieces in stock, they are all laser cut from steel. They are degreased, cleaned and painted with matt powder paint in a special chamber.

We can also make products out of other metals such as stainless steel, or corten steel.

When will I receive my order?

For orders that are in stock, it usually takes 1 business day to ship.

For individual orders the manufacturing of the art pieces takes from 5-14 days.

How can i track my order?

We will send the tracking number to you via email after your order has been dispatched. You can track your order from the company’s website.

Do you accept returns?

We do accept returns in the first 14 days after purchase but unfortunately, we don’t accept returns on orders which have gone 14 days after the purchase.

What happens if my order comes damaged?

Don’t worry. We pack our order with bubble wrap. But if the order still comes damaged, we can send a replacement. Or according to the damage, we can give you a partial refund. Or fully refund if you are not satisfied.

How to use the sticky tape?

***We do not manufacture the sticky tape, so we have no responsibility of the damages that may occur using it.

1. Clean the surface of dirt and dust with a dust-free cloth, to ensure the best possible bond.

2. Attach the tape to the rougher surface first. In the case of wallpaper or plaster, this will be the wall. Stick on vertical strips that are the same length as the entire length of the object. Extra tape should be applied to the upper portion in shorter strips, because that’s where the majority of the weight is born. Press down firmly across on the entire surface for at least five seconds.

3. Before positioning the item on the surface, remove the protective liner from the tape. Take care not to touch the exposed adhesive surface as this could affect the adhesion.

4. Ensure an optimal bond with the surface by pressing firmly on the item for another 5 seconds. Before using, make sure that your surface is strong enough to take the weight of the object you want to attach. The tape is designed for permanent hold, it is not meant to be removed. Just in case that is something you have to do - use a cutting wire to cut the foam core, then try to tear off the remaining tape. This might damage the surface and/or leave remnants behind.
